Historia

In 1993 we started our journey by transforming the Venta Blanca Paloma from serving up until then classic food into a pizzeria.

From our beginnings, we proposed dishes that were completely new such as bruschetta, crescentina, stuffed pasta and thin crust pizza. We also incorporated previously unknown ingredients like arugula and gorgonzola into our cooking

Since then, we have strived daily to improve and evolve, trying to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for our customers in our facilities and updating our menus.

Now we can proudly say that we are a reference of Italian cuisine in El Puerto de Santa Maria, with two spacious and welcoming, as well as accommodating opening hours and a great variety of dishes - for breakfast, lunch, snacks, .....
